SE Facilities Program

Schneider Electric North America business is home to 125+ manufacturing, sales, R&D, and distribution facilities across US, Canada and Mexico, which house over 40,000 Schneider Electric employees, and the portfolio is expanding. We are currently seeking a Facilities Sourcing Manager with a passion for sourcing in the real estate and facilities categories. This individual should be highly proficient in strategic sourcing, category management and change management, to successfully manage key purchasing initiatives and complex operational issues based on the NAM Real Estate Facilities teams' business priorities. The role is responsible for driving hard savings, efficiency, and value, and partnering towards meeting the company's facility management program goals.

This role will be part of the North America Regional sourcing team within the Indirect Procurement organization. The desired location for this role is Monterrey, MX and the role will report to the North America Region Indirect Procurement Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible to develop and implement Facilities sourcing strategy in support of NAM Facilities priorities with our leading Integrated Facility Management (IFM) partner.

• Deliver hard savings and customer satisfaction for our Real Estate stakeholders to positively impact SE's bottom line and optimize the category spend.

• Manage regional supplier contracts for Integrated Facility Management (IFM), including supplier performance management in line with global category strategies. This includes supplier business reviews, driving value, managing escalations, and monitoring operational KPI's to meet SE objectives

• Develop competitive bidding packages and negotiations for new spend scopes, launch RFI/RFQ/RFP through SE tools where needed, effectively negotiate with stakeholders and vendors for best in class pricing, and negotiate strong contracts (MSAs, SOWs etc) in collaboration with legal and risk.

• Proficient in purchasing tools (SE spend and savings tools) and associated processes.

• Support critical company initiatives including Improvement Payment terms, Sustainability, Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, ISO26000, etc



Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or Operations from an accredited college/university

• A minimum of 8 years of Facilities strategic sourcing background with proven successes in developing and implementing sourcing strategies and savings

• Ability to build solid supplier and stakeholder relationships, and excellent relationship management skills

• Strong project management, organization, teamwork and peer influence skills, with strong customer-focus

• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills in English, both verbal and written

• Highly engaged, self-starter / motivated individual with drive for results, effective planning / prioritization, and multi-tasking
