Haemme nyt Schneider Electricille Espooseen HR Trainee:tä osaksi energistä HR-tiimiämme. Tehtävä alkaa sopimuksen mukaan kevään aikana ja on kestoltaan määräaikainen syksyyn saakka.
HR Trainee-tehtävässä varmistat kanssamme sujuvat ja ammattimaiset henkilöstöprosessit työntekijöidemme työsuhteen koko elinkaaren aikana. HR-harjoittelijana tuet muuta HR-tiimiä erilaisissa tehtävissä sekä avustat esihenkilöitä ja henkilöstöä työsuhdetta koskevissa kysymyksissä. Tehtävääsi tulee kuulumaan mm. HR datan ja politiikkojen päivitys, henkilöstöraportointi, rekrytoinneissa ja tukeminen vuosittaisissa HR-prosesseissa sekä viestinnässä.
