Fabrication Technician - 2nd Shift

Calling all skilled fabricators! Schneider Electric is on the lookout for dedicated individuals to join our dynamic Fabrication team at our new plant in Mount Juliet, TN . As part of the team, you'll be responsible for preparing, cutting, punching, and welding metal for our cutting-edge product line.
Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner while meeting production and quality standards.
• Perform fabrication functions including robotic welding, press brake operation, punching, and laser operations based on business needs and individual qualifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation.
• Inspect parts and completed work to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures.
• Support cross-training and assist in other fabrication areas as needed.

• Preferably one year of fabrication experience
• Ability to handle basic shop math and interpret blueprints
• Familiarity with World Class manufacturing principles is a plus
• Strong team player mindset with a focus on quality and safety
