Ready to drive a meaningful IMPACT in shaping how we bring offers to market? This role bridges global offer strategy with India market execution for IDPAC Activity within Industrial Automation BU, combining portfolio ownership and roadmap, go-to-market leadership, commercial performance, and customer-backed innovation across industrial automation segments.
Responsibilities-
- Lead and grow IDPAC Offer portfolio for Greater India with ownership of offers across ePAC Controllers, DCS, Open SDA, connectivity and related software's.
- Translate global PAC Process Automation Controllers offer roadmaps into India-relevant portfolio choices, unique value propositions, launch priorities, pricing actions and sales enablement.
- Build a differentiated offer strategy for target segments with sharp focus on growth, profitability and market-share expansion.
- Champion OPEN software-defined open automation by positioning hardware-independent, interoperable and application-centric architectures that reduce vendor lock-in and improve agility for customers.
- Act as the strategic and operational reference point between Global teams, India Sales, Segment Marketing, Prescription, Channel Ecosystem and customers to drive end-to-end offer lifecycle performance.

Requirements-
- BE/BTech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or equivalent engineering discipline.
- Discrete & Process Automation Exposure (Good to have)
- MBA / PGDM, product management certification, commercial strategy exposure, or specialization in industrial software / digital transformation (Good to have)
- 8 Years of overall experience
- 6+ years in PLC/DCS/SCADA, process control architectures, automation software, portfolio management, go-to-market execution, or customer-facing solution positioning.
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
Technical Competencies
- Strong understanding of PLC, DCS, SCADA, industrial networks, cybersecure architectures and process control applications.
- Ability to position integrated IDPAC architectures across EcoStruxure Plant layers.
- Domain knowledge of software-defined open automation concepts: decoupling software from hardware, open standards, interoperability, reusable libraries and modular application design.
Functional Competencies-
- Offer strategy, portfolio lifecycle management, product launch, go-to-market planning, pricing, forecast/pipeline governance and business performance tracking.
- Ability to convert market intelligence, competitor activity and customer pain points into offer gaps, roadmap asks, value propositions and sales plays.
- Strong presentation, stakeholder management and influencing skills across sales, global teams, prescription, channels, SI partners and customers.
Behavioral Competencies-
- Customer-first & mission-based mindset, strategic clarity, ownership, collaboration, structured execution and ability to influence without authority.
- Self-learner with curiosity for digital automation shifts, comfort with ambiguity, strong communication discipline and ability to simplify complex automation topics for commercial teams.
