Join us as a CatD Equipment Center Intern to make an impact!
Location: Kallang
As part of the Equipment Center Execution team who manage MV Switchgear and Transformer tender and project execution, you will contribute to team transformation initiatives that strengthen operational excellence, enhance team efficiency and support sustainable business growth.
You will partner with stakeholders across the Equipment Center to build Performance Dashboard, Document Management, Operational project support, to bring impact on business.
What will you do:
Equipment Center Data & Document Management
- Organize, maintain , and update Equipment Center databases and document repositories.
- Ensure document accuracy, consistency, and proper version control.
SharePoint Administration & Improvement
- Support the development and maintenance of the Equipment Center SharePoint site.
- Consolidate and manage project-related documents, including: Tender documents / Order documents / Shared reference files
- Manage user access permissions according to document confidentiality requirements.
Dashboard & Reporting Support
- Prepare and update monthly dashboards for Category D projects by country.
- Support data collection, validation, and reporting activities.
Project Operations Support
- Assist the project team with administrative and operational tasks.
- Support ad-hoc assignments and continuous improvement initiatives as required .
What qualifications will make you successful:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Strong organizational and data management skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency in handling information.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
