Business Vice President - Digital Energy

Digital Energy BVP is responsible for leading the Digital Energy business, encompassing corporate strategy deployment, profitable business growth execution, operations, and team management. This role involves aligning business objectives with a firm strategy, driving market share, and achieving financial performance targets.
What will you do?
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Country President for overall strategy and market penetration of the Singapore Digital Energy business.
- Lead the Digital Energy business across all segments with a focus on building segments for all Schneider Electric products.
- Drive market share, and identify and implement growth plans across transactional, system, and services sales.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and implement demand generation activities.
- Report directly to the Country President and be a member of the Country Management team. Build and maintain a specialized and competent team with deep domain expertise.
- Drive business profitability by increasing margins on products, projects, and services, and improving operational efficiency.
- Implement country and functional market strategies, monitor performance against goals, and adapt Go-To-Market Digital Energy strategy according to local market conditions.
- Provide strategic and inspired leadership to the sales, marketing, technical, project execution, innovation, and functional teams.
- Drive profitable business growth by increasing the mix of Digital Energy revenue.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in people management.
- Proven track record in leading sales teams and achieving targets.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Sales experience in building construction and project-through-partners models.
- Familiar with Singapore's new building landscape.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship skills.
- Digitally savvy, innovative, resilient, and customer focused.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to pitch IoT solutions is a plus.
