BMS Program Manager C&SP- GULF, with a role focused on the effective operational delivery of Data Centre projects for the Digital Buildings Business. (Digital Building monitoring and Controls)
This is a hands-on customer-facing position and the successful candidate must work well with a multi-activities team and interface directly with contractors and end-users regularly. The key requirement is to reduce risk, improve operational delivery and ensure the same customer experience.
BMS Program Manager C&SP role would report to the DEAC Gulf Leader and work closely with the Country stakeholders, project sponsors, project management team(s), Central Engineering and local Engineering teams, SI partners, etc to define the project objectives, create a plan for executing those objectives. Support of on-boarding country teams and partners as well as Coaching of the local Project Manager is part of the mission.
BMS Program Manager C&SP will have an excellent working knowledge of the technical and operational environment in which Data Centre project deliverables are created and in which they are used.
BMS Program Manager C&SP must be an excellent communicator at all levels both internal and external in the project environment, be proactive and exhibit strong leadership qualities and be able to adapt to a dynamic and geographically disbursed environment.

- Accountable for all BMS C&SP customer projects in execution
- Fully accountable on sales forecast and execution KPIs
- Attends all Critical project monthly reviews and REL reviews
- The responsibility for the day-to-day project execution may be delegated to project manager if the project is through a local contractor (e.g., the local project manager is still required to manage project) but the Systems Project Manager aligns and co-ordinates across multiple projects across the region.
- Responsible for ensuring aligned execution approach, Engineering Standards, documentation etc. across all BMS C&SO projects in the
- Ensures knowledge transfer / lessons learnt of execution issues
- Responsible for meeting the scope, schedule, resource and budget commitments reflected in the Project Management Plan
- Work with the project management team in developing and managing the Project Management Plan within the constraints established and approved by the Project
- Implement or ensure enforcement of change control over the project scope, schedule, resources and
- Manage the timely resolution of issues, including the escalation of issues that are outside of the project team's scope of responsibilities.
- Continually identify and proactively manage project risks and issues, ensure execution of corrective action plans up to
- Monitor the project report and report the project status to the management on a regular
- Support tender manager to build a competitive
- Travel outside of home area to sites as required.
About You:
- + 15 years' Experience in the Project management of large and critical buildings with sub-contract installation
- Leadership of project management
- Advantage to have experience in construction project management and Data Centre architecture, Life Sciences, Healthcare
- Experience with deployment of Digital Energy Offer including Energy Automation (BMS Operation / Power Operation / Power Scada Operation, EPAS/ Pacis) and / or WonderWare (Aveva System Platform).
- Experience with deployment of Digital Building & Power
- Multi-language and multi-cultural working
