What you'll be doing...

As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for driving the sales journey for our AI-powered Customer 360 solutions. Our flagship innovation harnesses the power of real-time data and artificial intelligence to reimagine customer relationships, enabling businesses to create awe-inspiring, personalized customer interactions at scale. You'll lead a diverse group of Account Executives to drive complex, strategic transactions while building a Destination Team distinguished by its supportive, inclusive culture, operational excellence, teamwork, commitment to professional development, and consistent performance.

  • Drive AI-first sales strategy: Set and execute an aggressive customer acquisition strategy leveraging AI tools and insights to generate strong annual growth in revenue and bookings
  • Lead with precision: Set proper expectations and forecast your business accurately using AI-powered analytics and data-driven insights
  • Optimize sales processes: Manage overall sales process, setting appropriate metrics for AI-enhanced sales funnel management
  • Deliver results inclusively: Hold yourself and your diverse team accountable to quota attainment while fostering an environment where everyone can thrive
  • Build strategic partnerships: Establish trusted relationships with key corporate teams including industry marketing, product development, field marketing, strategic operations, and recruiting

  • Experienced: 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive/Sales Manager with proven leadership capabilities
  • AI-fluent professional: Demonstrated fluency in AI technologies, tools, and their application in sales and customer engagement
  • Results-driven: Consistent track record of overachieving quota and revenue goals
  • Relationship builder: Proven success building satisfied, loyal, and referenceable customers across diverse industries and demographics
  • Collaborative team player: Experience thriving in highly matrixed, inclusive organizations
  • Strategic thinker: Experience leading comprehensive pipeline generation strategy with AI-enhanced execution
