We're looking for a Manager, Experience Strategy to design and deliver compelling event experiences across our global portfolio. This role is at the intersection of product marketing and event strategy - bringing Salesforce innovation to life for customers and prospects through immersive, high-impact activations.

You'll partner across Product Marketing, Field Marketing and Strategic Events teams to ensure every experience - whether in person or virtual - is aligned to launches, industry moments, and customer needs. You'll drive consistency across events, amplify key messages, and help translate experiences into measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnering

    • Serve as the main point of contact for Product Marketing, Product, and Field Marketing leaders, ensuring event strategies align with business priorities and launches.
    • Lead quarterly planning and business reviews with Salesforce product and industry partners across campaigns, field, and product marketing to align priorities and update holistic event plans.
  • Event Experience Design

    • Define the strategic presence of Salesforce product and industry solutions across the full event portfolio - from Campground activations to content tracks and ancillary events.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Event Operations, Content Strategy and Operations, Event Demand Generation, Enablement and Pipeline Programs teams to deliver integrated experiences.
    • Drive experience innovation by identifying, testing, and scaling emerging priorities or activations.
  • Planning & Execution

    • Build and maintain a comprehensive event calendar for Salesforce product and industry solutions.
    • Develop pre-event overviews and post-event recaps highlighting participation, presence, and impact.
    • Partner with global teams to ensure alignment and scalability across international events.

  • Performance & Reporting

    • Track, analyze, and share event performance metrics, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
    • Present updates and outcomes to stakeholders, including PMM, Sales, Product, and Strategic Events leadership.

  • Qualifications

    • 6-8 years of experience in event marketing and/or experience design and strategy (technology industry a plus).
    • Proven track record of managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders and functions.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management and prioritization skills.
    • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across senior stakeholders and teams.
    • Ability to interpret multiple, competing data points and priorities to provide data-driven decision making
    • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change.
    • Willingness to travel for key global events
