Responsibilities:

• 中〜大規模商談におけるリード獲得からクロージングまでの推進およびメンバーへの戦術的支援
• 売上最大化に向けたKPI達成のためのアクションプラン立案• 実行
• 担当エリア（テリトリー）における中長期的な営業戦略の策定と推進
• 営業人材の育成• コーチング
• 営業チームおよび他部署との連携によるチームビルディングとプロジェクト推進
• 営業マネジメント業務全般

Required Qualifications:

• 新たな市場を切り拓き、事業成長に貢献したいという強い意欲• 当事者意識をお持ちの方
• 経営層• マネジメント層に対する直販営業の実務経験
• 営業チームのマネジメント経験、またはそれに準ずるリーダーシップ経験（応相談）
• 自らも成長を続けながら、後進の育成にも力を注げる方
• 社内の関連部門を巻き込みながら、チームセリングを推進できる調整力• リーダーシップ
• 英語力があれば尚可（海外案件• グローバル企業との折衝機会あり）
