Salesforce Inc. seeks Business Operations Senior Analyst in Seattle, WA:
Job Duties: Drive process and technical system improvements. Coordinate and lead cross-functional meetings, document decisions and; follow-up on actions. Manage projects including tracking tasks, issues, system requirements, and risks. Configure new price books and product SKUs in salesforce systems. Identify product packaging and quoting business requirements and system impacts. Lead in the analysis, design, testing, and implementation of new product configurations. Build out discounting structure in our quoting system. Above address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in the Seattle area: 744 N. 34th St. Seattle, WA 98103, 701 N. 34th St., Seattle, WA 98103, and 929 108th Ave, Bellevue, WA 98004. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in the Seattle area. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field.
Special Skill Requirements: (1) CRM; (2) Project Management Methodology; (3) Macros; (4) Pivot tables; (5) User Expereince; (6) Requirement Analysis; (7) Business Analysis; (8) Stakeholder Communication; (9) Data Visualization; (10) Java; (11) Tableau; (12) Lucid Charts; (13) Google cloud platforms; (14) Process Improvement; (15) Backlog Refinement; and (16) User Acceptance Testing. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
