Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Principal Product Manager to lead our Vertical AI strategy, re-imagining core business workflows in Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Finance from the ground up. In this role, you will move beyond generic AI additions to build high-value, domain-specific solutions that directly impact the company's bottom line. You will combine classical product management rigor with AI-native speed, rapidly building functional prototypes to prove concepts and using rigorous frameworks to focus on high-impact use cases that pass feasibility checks for stakes, accuracy, and economics.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, build, and maintain a prioritized 12-month product roadmap that balances quick wins with long-term strategic bets, translating stakeholder requests into concrete, actionable epics.
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical engineering and non-technical business leaders, translating complex AI concepts into business risk and effectively managing stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and change management plans, creating launch materials and training guides to ensure successful user adoption of new AI tools.
- Rapidly build and iterate on functional prototypes using AI-native tools (e.g., Replit, Cursor, no-code builders) to validate process fit and user experience before committing full engineering resources.
- Utilize prompt engineering in playground environments to test the feasibility of AI solutions, ensuring only viable concepts are added to the engineering roadmap.
- Define and own the Product Requirements Document (PRD), establishing rigorous, non-negotiable standards for production such as 'Error Budgets' and 'Golden Sets'.
- Create, curate, and version-control the 'Golden Set'-a definitive dataset of inputs and ideal outputs-to scientifically grade and validate AI model performance.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or PhD with 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Management.
- Mandatory hands-on experience building functional prototypes, code snippets, or mock UIs using generative AI tools and no-code/low-code platforms.
- Expertise in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and writing high-quality user stories.
- Deep understanding of large language model (LLM) capabilities and constraints, including context windows, latency, hallucination rates, and when to apply RAG vs. fine-tuning.
- Proven experience conducting 'Voice of Customer' interviews and customer discovery in complex B2B environments such as Legal, Finance, or Sales.
