The annual base salary for this position ranges from $83,900.00 in our lowest geographic market to $165,900.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a Senior Marketplace Merchant, Global who will lead marketplace strategy, seasonal assortment curation, and strategic partner alignment to ensure Converse shows up powerfully across global wholesale and marketplace partners. This person brings deep merchandising acumen, strong product vision, and the ability to influence across geographies and cross-functional teams.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong retail and merchandising acumen, and work independently while staying solution-oriented. You excel at influencing and communicating across a large, matrixed organization and bring curiosity and adaptability to every challenge.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Drive global marketplace assortment and seasonal line planning across key wholesale partners.
  • Analyze marketplace performance, consumer insight, and competitive trends to shape product strategy.
  • Influence product creation, segmentation, pricing, and lifecycle planning for marketplace success.
  • Partner with Merch, Planning, and Marketplace Growth to align seasonal adoption and distribution strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver seasonal marketplace briefs, line reviews, and strategic updates to leadership.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Marketplace Growth to ensure strong marketplace storytelling and launch execution.
  • Analyze business performance, identify risks/opportunities, and propose data-driven actions.
  • Build strong relationships with key marketplace partners to elevate execution and long-term growth.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
  • 4+ years of merchandising, marketplace, or wholesale strategy experience.
  • Deep understanding of marketplace partners, consumer trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Experience driving seasonal assortment strategy, segmentation, and commercial decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights and actions.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across global and geo partners.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A passion for product, culture, and the Converse brand.
