WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

As a Senior 3D Designer in the Advanced Digital Creation Studio, you'll collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of innovators, developers, designers, and engineers redefining the future of product creation. You may also engage with external vendors and factory partners, as needed. This role reports to the Manager of 3D Design, Innovation.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Animation, 3D Design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
  • 3-5 years of experience in 3D design, digital product creation, or related fields
  • Mastery of software such as Maya, Blender, Rhino, ZBrush or similar
  • Strong understanding of materials, lighting, and rendering techniques with proficiency in software such as Substance Suite, KeyShot, Unreal Engine or similar
  • Experience in innovation or R&D environments is a plus
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with generative design, AI generation, parametric modeling, and rapid prototyping are all pluses
  • Passion for experimentation and pushing creative boundaries
  • Willingness to break out of a digital workspace and work on physical prototypes (e.g., cutting, drilling, gluing)

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

If this is you, you'll serve as a subject matter expert, creating high-fidelity 3D models and physical prototypes for both self-driven concepts and collaborations with design partners. Your work will help define future workflows and shape how we engage with our internal and external collaborators. Your work will help elevate design and innovation for the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop advanced 3D assets and physical prototypes for concept exploration and enhanced storytelling
  • Translate abstract ideas into compelling, fully realized digital designs
  • Drive adoption of new 3D tools and workflows
  • Present work to stakeholders with clarity and strategic insight
  • Contribute a unique perspective and continue to evolve your toolset
