The ideal candidate will facilitate investment advisor onboarding and maintenance activities, provision entitlements and participate in ongoing oversight review and activities for the business. The ideal candidate will provide strategic and operational support to enhance performance and service delivery. In addition, the role also includes acting as an intermediary between Financial Advisors and external Investment Advisors, regarding policies and procedures and training of our proprietary applications.Key Responsibilities: * Support and manage onboarding processes for new Investment Advisors and users, inclusive of product setup, entitlement provisioning, data feeds, etc. * Diligently steward product attribute and performance data, within applications * Conduct oversight reviews to maintain data quality within our proprietary applications and support the overall integrity of the business * Act as a liaison between Financial Advisors and external Investment Advisors, to facilitate accurate and timely exchange of information * Investigate and resolve issues by conducting research, root cause and/or trend analysis * Collaborate with teams across the platform on strategic initiatives, as neededKnowledge and Skills Required: * Bachelor's Degree * 3+ years of relevant work experience in a business analyst, operations or financial services support role * Enthusiastic team player, self-motivated, with an ability to prioritize/meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations * Strong analytical and problem solving abilities Time management and organizational skills, with project management experience, preferred * Organized, with focus on accuracy and attention to detail * High level of proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and WordWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY:We are committed to maintaining the first-class service and high standard of excellence that have defined Morgan Stanley for over 89 years.
