Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, data, and engineering teams to ensure internal stakeholders have accurate, accessible documentation and answers related to our MarTech platforms, integrations, and processes. Support the team managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Experience Cloud (Analytics, Target, Workfront and Adobe Experience Platform) platforms. Contribute to the integration of leading digital solutions into our marketing technology ecosystem, to deliver the best multi-channel experience to our internal and external customers. Synthesize technical and strategic information into clear, useful documentation. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing. 3+ years of experience in a technical writing, business analysis, product management, or technical support role. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and technology product life cycle. Ability to read and understand technical documentation, API references, and data schemas. Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and synthesize complex technical and business topics. Experience gathering and validating requirements from various internal stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience facilitating meetings, interviews, and walkthroughs with cross-functional teams Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving Highly organized and detail-oriented Worked in agile methodology Build a career with impact.
