The MSIM International Channel Marketing team is responsible for marketing activities in Europe, the Middle East & Africa (EMEA), as well as Asia and Latin America, across institutional, intermediary, and consultant channels.

The Head of International Channel Marketing will be responsible for leading the strategic development, oversight and execution of marketing efforts across the EMEA and LatAm regions , with strong collaboration across the APAC region . This leader will be responsible for elevating Morgan Stanley's brand presence, driving regional demand generation, supporting distribution and client engagement, as well as ensuring alignment with MSIM's global marketing priorities. As a senior leader, this individual will be responsible for managing the International C hannel M arketing teams and partnering closely with key stakeholders including the Global Marketing Strategy team and other global marketing colleagues, distribution, product, client relationship management and compliance. MSIM's channel marketing strategy includes internal and external email communications, newsletters, platform materials, events and sponsorships, all with the aim of supporting differentiated, region-specific, distribution initiatives.
What you'll do in the role:
- Develop and lead the regional marketing strategy for EMEA and LatAm , in alignment with global brand , product and business priorities.
- Build, lead, and inspire a diverse regional marketing team across multiple markets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns that elevate MSIM's position as a leading asset manager in the EMEA, APAC, and LatAm regions.
- Oversee integrated marketing campaigns that support regional sales, product positioning, and thought leadership.
- Ensure high-quality, compliant marketing materials and communications tailored to local markets and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with distribution and client relationship management leadership teams to deliver marketing initiatives that drive business growth.
- Member of Global Marketing Steering Committee which aligns priorities, resource and budget allocation; drives global initiatives with local customization; optimizes efforts with marketing measurement insights and capitalizes on Integrated Firm opportunities, best practices and AI/innovation and technology
What you'll bring to the role:
- Minimum of 15 years of asset management or financial services marketing, with a deep understanding of the regional institutional and wholesale investment landscape.
- Strong knowledge of the asset management industry, across regions, vehicle structures, asset classes, regulatory regimes and distribution channels.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in financial marketing across the region.
- Passion for building and leading diverse, inclusive teams, where all individuals feel valued, respected and empowered.
- Strong team player, ability to influence and collaborate with colleagues across the team, MSIM and the broader organization.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills; ability to navigate and thrive in a matrixed, global organization.
