Experience coordinating numerous deliverables across large working groups is a must. B.A. or B.S. with a concentration in Marketing, Communications or English a plus. A minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the financial services industry. Previous experience in marketing pricing and promotions a plus, but not required. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. Offer performance management: Partner with analytics teams on ongoing performance analysis. Leverage learnings for continual offer optimization. Program management: Lead bi-weekly meetings to communicate upcoming launches, keep deliverables on track and share performance analysis for continual program evolution. Offer Implementation: Own necessary launch materials including request forms, disclosure reviews and approvals.
