Institutional Consulting Solutions (ICS) provides tailored consulting and fiduciary solutions to the full spectrum of asset owners or entities and asset pools across all client segments. An Advisor-led business, ICS solutions are sold by both core Advisors as well as specialized channels such as Graystone Consulting, Corporate Retirement Directors, Corporate Cash Directors and our Fiduciary Consulting Group. ICS solutions are designed to reduce financial stress and empower all companies and other entities and their constituents to plan, prepare for, and reach their financial goals through digital and human engagement.

Position Summary:
As the ICS Alternative Investments Document and Data Processing Associate within ICS Budapest team under ICS Business Scaling, Insights and Execution, you will be responsible for supporting onshore Institutional Infrastructure Solutions (IIS) pods in daily processing and archiving of Alternative Investment statements and other documents, addressing any day-to-day inquiries and requests that may arise, performing self-testing as needed, and ensuring accuracy in any workflow processing performed by the ICS Budapest team. You will help to support the broader team narrative by collaborating with a variety of business partners to analyze and identify trends, as well as unify any differences in processes. The role also includes responsibilities such as supporting day to day functions like organizing team meetings, sharing best practices, and the development and distribution of other resources to drive team efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve and archive alternative investment related statements and other relevant transactional documents into a central repository
  • Execute proper workflows upon receipt of relevant alternative investment documents on a daily basis
  • Develop and maintain relationships with various cross functional and global partners
  • Perform self-testing on functions executed by the Budapest team to ensure adherence to set guidelines and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the business to identify and implement process improvements for efficiency gains.
  • Address any issues or questions that may come up related to projects handled by ICS Budapest in a timely manner.
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft Teams channels and SharePoint, to enable efficient collaboration across the team.

Qualifications:
  • Few years of relevant financial services industry, project management, strategy, or related experience preferred but not required.
  • Candidate is highly motivated and takes initiative.
  • Candidate is driven to learn and grow, not afraid to ask questions and raise their hand, and shows general interest in internal growth.
  • Positive contributor to our team's culture, with a focus on empathy, giving back and teamwork.
  • Clear and confident communicator and has excellent presentation skills in the English language.
  • Demonstrates effective time management, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
