Join Mizuho as the AI, Analytics & RPA Intake Lead!
Mizuho AI and Analytics Center of Acceleration team are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Demand Intake Manager to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing the intake and prioritization process for AI, analytics, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) use cases. The Demand Intake Manager will work closely with stakeholders across Mizuho to assess, prioritize, and align business needs with strategic AI, analytics, and RPA initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders submitting AI, analytics, and RPA use cases.
- Establish and manage the demand intake framework, ensuring a structured and transparent process for evaluating and prioritizing initiatives.
- Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, and AI & Analytics experts to assess the feasibility, impact, and alignment of requests with the bank's strategic objectives.
- Develop criteria and scoring models to objectively evaluate and rank use cases based on business value, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
- Facilitate governance meetings and intake review sessions, driving discussions to ensure informed decision-making on project prioritization.
- Partner with project management, solution architect, technical architect, and implementation teams to transition approved initiatives from intake to execution seamlessly.
- Track and report on intake pipeline status, providing visibility into demand trends, key priorities, and bottlenecks.
- Continuously refine intake processes to improve efficiency, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with evolving business needs.

Required Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in demand intake management, project management, or stakeholder management within a financial services or technology-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of AI, analytics, and RPA technologies, with the ability to evaluate business use cases in these domains.
- Experience in developing and managing intake processes, prioritization frameworks, and governance structures.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools to communicate intake trends and pipeline status.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and technical teams effectively.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
The expected base salary ranges from $105k-$130k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
