Project Manager, Global Response Operations Programs & Process
The Global Response Ops (GRO) mission is to advocate for and protect every person, community, and business from risk. We do this by identifying, preventing and mitigating integrity and support risks across the Meta ecosystem.The GRO Programs and Process team drives the centralization and up-leveling of all the cross-cutting, foundational and transformative strategic programs and process improvement work in GRO. The Programs and Process team's mission is to enable the Organization to deliver on priorities, facilitate collaboration, and drive efficiencies through standardization and process optimization. The team is responsible for ensuring alignment across all the areas of the business towards GRO Objectives and needs, leading the development of project/programmatic approach, building structures to ensure program delivery, engaging stakeholders, representing GRO in roadmapping, and identifying opportunities for improvement.We seek a motivated candidate with a strong background in program/project management, excellent communications skills, experience in working in a fast paced environment, and ability to balance different priorities. This role will include scoping, developing and managing projects, optimizing processes, and managing cross functional stakeholders.

Project Manager, Global Response Operations Programs & Process Responsibilities:
- Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, and/or manage project plans for supported program(s)
- Ongoing communication of planning, project status, issues and risks in a timely fashion to stakeholders
- Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions
- Manage cross functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources
- Develop and own communication plans to effectively and proactively convey project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders
- Manage relationships with cross-functional partners
- Coordinate with teams to facilitate collaboration, identify and address roadblocks, and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Help resolve open issues that prevent progress and keep projects on track
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies
- Identify program/project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans. Proactively manage risks to ensure successful program delivery
- 5+ years project or program management experience in a corporate environment
- Experience in trust safety, Integrity, content policy, transparency reporting, governance, compliance, or risk management
- Experience working with tools, systems and technical teams (such as engineering and product)
- Proven track record of communication skills, relationship building, and influencing stakeholders across functional boundaries and globally
- Experience prioritizing and ensuring key initiatives move forward, managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders, and working with urgency
- Demonstrated experience orienting towards solutions in the context of competing perspectives
- Proficiency/ Basic knowledge in analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) for driving analytics, reporting and operational decision-making
- Project Management / Program Management Certification(s)
