Yesterday Menlo Park, CA

At Meta, we're building the future of human connection and the technology that makes it possible. We're on a mission to build the next computing platform by putting people at the center of emerging hardware and software technologies, whether on the go with wearables and augmented reality, in the home or at work, or fully immersed in alternate virtual reality worlds. The Wearables Product Marketing organization influences early stage product development and roadmaps, creates go-to-market plans, drives in-market business growth, and provides direction for future investments. It's an exciting time to join the Wearables Product Marketing Team. We're proud of the progress we've made to bring AI Glasses to the market and we are growing the team as we look to accelerate growth with an expanded portfolio of products in the future. We are seeking a strategic Product Marketing Manager to lead monetization efforts for our Wearables software portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth, user engagement, and long-term value for our suite of wearable products. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Analytics teams to identify monetization opportunities, define value propositions, and deliver compelling messaging to both internal and external stakeholders.

Product Marketing Manager, Wearables Experiences Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the monetization strategy for Wearables software, including pricing, packaging, and new revenue streams
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to influence product roadmaps and ensure monetization opportunities are integrated into product development
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform monetization decisions and identify growth opportunities
  • Define and communicate clear value propositions and messaging for new and existing monetization features
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for monetization launches, including sales enablement, marketing campaigns, and customer education
  • Analyze performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to optimize monetization strategies and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of monetization initiatives
  • Present findings, recommendations, and results to leadership and key stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or strategy, with a focus on software or technology products
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing monetization strategies for digital products or services
  • Analytical skills with experience interpreting data, generating insights, and making data-driven decisions
  • Clear and concise communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with go-to-market planning, product launches, and sales enablement
