Application Manager, IAM

We are seeking an experienced Application Manager to join our EE IAM team. In this role, you will be responsible for participating in managing the lifecycle of complex applications, including design discussion and development, testing, deployment, and maintenance; including operational support. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IAM engineering, production engineering, and business stakeholders, to ensure that our identity and access management solutions meet the needs of Meta's workforce.
Application Manager, IAM Responsibilities:
- Participate in managing the lifecycle of complex applications, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance, including operational support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and business stakeholders, to ensure that our identity and access management solutions meet the needs of Meta's workforce
- Maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, design documents, and user guides
- Participate in on-call rotation for production support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in identity and access management
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management field
- Technical skills, including familiarity in programming languages such as
- Experience with identity and access management solutions, such as Sailpoint, Okta, Azure AD etc.
- Proven communication and collaboration skills, with capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Capacity to stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in identity and access management

- Experience of working on issues that may not be clearly defined and require strategic direction, analysis of situations and conceptual thinking
- Proven experience in managing complex IAM deployments, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience with cloud-based identity and access management solutions, such as AWS IAM or Google Cloud IAM
- * Certification in security, such as CISSP

$105,000/year to $165,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
