We're seeking a visionary cPLM Business Process Transformation Lead to help us reimagine how ideas become market-ready innovations, driving simplicity, digitization, and excellence across our end-to-end processes.
Your Impact
As our cPLM Business Process Transformation Lead, you'll be at the heart of transforming the "Idea to Market" journey. You'll champion business requirements, connect with our corporate transformation team, and ensure our processes and systems are future-fit-supporting Mars' long-term vision for Food & Nutrition.
You'll be the trusted advisor, strategic connector, and change leader who brings together diverse teams and perspectives, making complex challenges simple and actionable.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Define and set segment E2E processes for transformation.
- Provide expert knowledge and recommendations for process functionality.
- Synthesize, prioritize, and represent segment positions to the cPLM team.
- Align segment decisions and leadership on functional impacts.
- Maintain and promote system/process knowledge across Food R&D, partnering with Corporate Product Owners and MGS Functional Experts.
- Drive consistent governance of R&D processes, formalizing necessary divergences.
- Collaborate with cPLM partners to develop functionalities and analytics for enterprise-compliant, user-friendly solutions.
- Lead change management and communications at key milestones.
- Participate in workstream activities, building expert networks and providing feedback.
- Prioritize scope for minimum viable product from backlog.
- Work closely with the cPLM Global Process Architect to define process architecture priorities.
What are we looking for?
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related discipline.
- Experience: 10+ years in R&D, with project management expertise.
Ideally, you've worked across multiple segments/functions in a global environment, with a strong grasp of Mars R&D systems. - Technical Savvy: Experience delivering IT-related projects and working with dashboards/reporting is a plus.
- Influence & Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire senior leaders and cross-functional teams, globally.
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business processes, systems, and change management.
- Networking: Skilled at building rapport remotely and delivering results through others.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
- Mindset: Creative, flexible, and thrives in a dynamic, complex environment.
