The Network Operations Analyst will configure, troubleshooting, sustainment of Cisco network devices and Vital QIP DDI services.

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall network analyst. Focusing on performance and capacity management via Splunk dashboards and various network monitoring tools. Creating and engineering support for a broad range of network services LAN and DDI operations. Support level duties may include monitoring, installation, modification, testing and servicing of network equipment. IMPACT: Works independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables. Responsible for entire projects or processes within a technical area. May be responsible for coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level technical staff. COMPLEXITY: Develops technical solutions that require collaboration with internal experts, deep analyses and understanding of impact on end-product/solution. Develops solutions to technical problems and issues that are unclear and require deep technical knowledge. COMMUNICATION: Communicates with internal and client project team members.

Basic Qualifications:

Possess Cisco CCNA level certification or working knowledge and hands on experience with Cisco devices, Vital QIP and Splunk.

Preferred Qualifications:

Possess Vital QIP and DDI experience. Public and private DNS record management. Expertise in DHCP management for large enterprise environment. Network monitoring experience using tools such as Performance Manager, Spectrum, Splunk and Vital QIP. Cisco CCNP level certification or working knowledge and hands on experience.

Specific position requirements include:

Experience supporting large enterprise networks focusing on Routing, Switching, DNS and DHCP.

Typically requires BS degree and 2 - 4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $57,850.00 - $104,575.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
