The Senior Analyst will support the DISA Joint Operations Center (DJOC) on Ft Meade, MD, and participate in all facets of DISA Mission Relevant Terrain - Cyber (MRT-C) mapping. Their responsibilities include Mission Decomposition of Task Critical Assets (TCA) and other essential DISA controlled networks and infrastructure in the authoritative program of record (POR) for MRT-C under the leadership and direction of the DISA J35 and TMA government leads.
Primary Responsibilities
The Senior Analyst shall:
- Have knowledge of DoD Mission Assurance and its applicability to the DISA Mission.
- Have knowledge of the DOD Cyberspace layered Network Architecture topology include Functional GWs and various Mission Partner network Edges.
- Have knowledge of the Enterprise IT systems, services and tools that support the DISA Mission along with its Lifecycle roadmap.
- Understand the ITIL Framework in developing and executing MA and MRT-C related plans and initiatives.
- Coordinate with applicable DISA directorates, JFHQs, subordinate headquarters, service cyber components, CCMD, components, and agencies with cyber related missions to identify, assess, and develop MRT-C mapping of DISA assets.

- Microsoft Office Suite (including but not limited to Excel, Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Outlook, Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Power BI)
- Strategic Mission Awareness Data System (SMADS)
- SIPRNet GIG Interconnection Approval Process System (GIAP)
- Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS)
- This list is not all inclusive and is subject to adjustments as technologies emerge and mature/change names of the mission over time.
- Provide performance metrics and key performance indicators, which should measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of MRT-C mapping to reach goals while providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Review Tasking Orders / Operations Orders (TASKORDS/OPORDS) for policy compliance and efficacy.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, TTPs, DISA Instructions, other documentation that governs MRT-C process. Constantly improve the process.
- Produce and present briefings of their findings, as well as meeting minutes, after action reports, trip reports, as necessary.
Basic Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Organized, deliberate, and able to work alone or in a team
- Experience with MS Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) working with large data sets
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline and 8-12 years of overall related experience or Masters with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience. 4+ years of additional related years of experience is accepted in lieu of a degree.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $104,650.00 - $189,175.00
