The Role

As an L2 Device Management Specialist, you ensure day‑to‑day operations of the enterprise device fleet using Omnissa/Workspace ONE and Jamf. You handle Level‑2 support for enrollment, policies, application deployments, patching and compliance across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices. The role focuses on reliable execution of standard procedures, incident and request resolution within SLA, operational packaging and deployment follow‑up, and strict adherence to security and governance rules. Complex cases are escalated to L3, while contributing operational input to RCA and continuous improvement.

Who You Are

Key Skills

• Operational experience with Omnissa/Workspace ONE and Jamf Pro

• Windows, macOS and iOS device support fundamentals

• Basic packaging and deployment understanding (Win32/MSIX/pkg)

• Basic scripting skills (PowerShell and/or Bash)

• ITIL Foundation mindset; security awareness; disciplined execution

Languages

• English: B2 minimum

• French: B2 minimum OR Italian: B2 minimum

Preferred Certifications

• Workspace ONE Administrator (entry/intermediate level)

• Jamf 100+ (or equivalent entry‑level Jamf certification)

• ITIL v4 Foundation

Required Experience

• 1-5 years in EUC / Device Management or endpoint support

• Proven experience in Level‑2 operations for device enrollment, deployments and compliance.
