The Role

Como Especialista em Suporte Deskside, você é mais do que um solucionador de problemas - você é um verdadeiro herói da tecnologia.
Principais Responsabilidades:
- Atuar como especialista de referência em testes e solução de problemas, identificando e resolvendo questões relacionadas a atualizações de software, criação de imagens de sistemas e implantações de hardware.
- Fornecer suporte para problemas de hardware e software em diversos tipos de dispositivos, tanto presencialmente quanto remotamente.
- Garantir excelente atendimento ao cliente, cumprindo metas de SLA e XLA. Colaborar com equipes internas da Kyndryl e parceiros estratégicos, como a Microsoft.
- Identificar oportunidades de modernização e automação, apresentando ideias inovadoras para aprimorar a experiência do usuário final e reduzir custos.
- Apoiar projetos que envolvam a implantação de tecnologias de ponta, garantindo uma experiência contínua e sem interrupções para os usuários.

Habilidades e Experiência Requeridas:
- Experiência na prestação de suporte em TI.
- Experiência em audiovisual.
- Experiência trabalhando em um ambiente com contato direto com o cliente. Fortes habilidades de comunicação (e-mail, telefone e presencial).
- Capacidade de prestar suporte presencial (on-site). Fluência em português.
Habilidades Desejáveis:
- Bacharelado em Ciência da Computação, Tecnologia da Informação ou área técnica relacionada.
- Conhecimento de sistemas operacionais populares e aplicações corporativas.
