JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary:

Responsible for training and supporting the Regional Data Integrity Center (RDIC) DSD, Pricing and Support Teams by providing technical expertise and cross-functional support. Act as subject matter expert and provide training for the POS Host applications and various RDIC processes across the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with the three teams (DSD, Pricing and Store Support) within the RDIC to evaluate requirements and determine the best solution for initiatives, utilizing information from a variety of sources, including internal best practices and competitor/industry practices within subject area.
  • Coach and train RDIC Associates in the technical requirements to perform their duties accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide support for Corporate Merchandising and Enterprise Data Integrity teams with any and all RDIC functions.
  • Accountable for Merchandising system configuration, updates and maintenance to support new and closing stores.
  • POS Host troubleshooting, overrides and user support.
  • SPA troubleshooting and testing.
  • Request, test and approve fixes/enhancement via User Accepted Testing (UAT).
  • Accountable for identifying and requesting needed build changes due to the holidays.
  • Attend and participate in program change meetings; provide expertise and guidance concerning the RDIC applications and processes.
  • Accountable for all zone moves and promotional zone creation along with promo zone cleanup.
  • Maintain tag types in Rules Based Pricing.
  • Assist in the development of training materials.
  • Assist in the documentation of process changes for both RDIC associates and store level associates.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years Corporate or Division Data Integrity experience
  • Working knowledge of store practices
  • Prior experience leading a team
  • Supervisory experience
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience in Merchandising, Operations or Procurement
  • 18+ months of data integrity experience or equivalent
  • Ability to organize and logically structure complex processes
  • Extensive knowledge of POS Host, POS, RBP, AtuoAd, PLUM, DSD Host and batch maintenance processes
  • Understanding of PID, FCB, CAO, ESP, ESTP, and knowledge of store scan coordinator in-store tasks
  • Ability to understand organizational impacts that result from changes in business processes and technologies
  • Strong communication and motivational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and assign work according to business priorities and strategies
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications
  • Highly motivated and self-starter
  • Ability to be detail oriented with accuracy
