CORP ECOMM/SUPPLY PLNING ANALYTICS MGR
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for developing solutions and creating the aggregated inventory and supply plans at commodity/division level for the initial 2-4 periods as part of the Planning and Sales & Operations Executions (S&OE) process, proactively communicating expected capacity constraints per the aggregated supply plan and managing the creation and automation of execution tools for use by the S&OE organization. Support team's efforts to achieve strong performance as measured by key benchmarks. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the strategy of major enterprise-wide projects and multi commodity/category/skus
- Manage team of analysts who will lead aggregated inventory and supply plans at commodity/division level for initial 2-4 periods as part of the S&OP process
- Act as subject matter expert (SME) for Kroger Supply Chain (SC) key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to drive business change; independently exercise sound analytical judgment, draw insights and document findings
- Lead team through establishing and maintaining a mechanism that enables visibility into aggregated promo plans and projected demand
- Collaborate with promo planners, DC inventory team, demand planners to gain visibility into aggregated projected demand to inform the supply plan
- Communicate capacity constraints per aggregated supply and inventory plans, DC inventory on hand, and promo plans to relevant stakeholders through established communications channels, including the communications specialists, category managers, promo planners and buyers
- Serve as a relevant partner with SC Science to support any automation activities to improve existing processes
- Create guardrails on inventory and allocation plan for the S&OE org
- Oversee creation and automation of execution tools used by S&OE org driven by historical and forward-looking insights
- Support S&OE cross-functional partnership efforts to improve upon SC metrics
- Manage collation of disparate capacity data sources (e.g., vendor capacity data, MAPS allocations, DC capacity, ESPs) for visibility to other panning and S&OE team members and buyers
- Travel to Kroger locations for relevant stakeholder interface
- Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Any experience in supply planning, execution of analytical automation initiatives or demand planning (or similar experience)
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong analytical skills, high comfort with data
- Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
