As a Vice President-Senior Data Use Council Case Manager in the HR Data Risk Management Team, you will guide and support HR partners and cross-functional teams in developing data use cases. You will ensure these use cases align with firm-wide policies and local laws, collaborating closely with control functions to manage data-related risks effectively.

  • Provide expert guidance and support to HR partners and cross-functional teams in developing and implementing data use cases.
  • Evaluate data use cases to ensure alignment with firm-wide policies, standards, and local laws, identifying potential risks and compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with control functions, including Regulatory, Compliance, Legal, and Internal Audit, to ensure data use cases meet all necessary legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and learning materials to enhance the capability of teams in creating effective data use cases.
  • Guide and manage stakeholder expectations by providing clear communication and updates on data use case objectives and compliance standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data use cases, including evaluation criteria, compliance checks, and decision-making processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and simplification in the development and evaluation of data use cases.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 5 years of experience in data analytics, compliance, controls, or a related field with a focus on data compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess data use cases from multiple perspectives.
  • Proven ability to influence key stakeholders and drive alignment on compliance and risk management objectives.
  • Experience in training and mentoring teams.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Data Privacy experience is a plus.
