Technical Program Delivery Manager - Secure Development Education

The Cybersecurity Education & Awareness team is focused on spreading education and awareness across all JPMC employees around the world. Through firm-wide and targeted training, communications, and awareness events, we \"humanize\" cybersecurity and enable our employees to better protect themselves and our data.

Join our team to play a pivotal role in ensuring that JPMC developers have the skills and knowledge they need to keep the firm safe.

As a Secure Development Education Program Delivery Manager within the Cybersecurity Education & Awareness team, you will play an integral role in educating and empowering developers to secure code from the start. You will work alongside SMEs, partners, and other team members to develop and implement a cohesive blended learning program, scalable for JPMC's Global Technology software engineers around the world.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to identify effective training methods and design programs that enhance developer effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement business-aligned secure development strategies, including setting training priorities and defining metrics to measure effectiveness.
  • Create, deliver, and evaluate a structured blended learning program, leveraging technical expertise to build and maintain specialized resources.
  • Build and deliver instructor-led sessions for technical developer audiences; collect and analyze feedback to improve training outcomes.
  • Develop comprehensive course materials, such as facilitator guides and participant resources.
  • Partner with design teams to create computer-based training courses focused on secure development and privileged access.
  • Coach facilitators to lead productive and meaningful training cohorts.
  • Measure and report on training effectiveness, continuously seeking feedback and ideas to improve programs, policies, and initiatives.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Solid understanding of secure development principles and best practices.
  • Proficient in coding with Python or Java.
  • Ability to collate, analyse and present data from multiple sources.
  • Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with and influence stakeholders and partners at all levels.
  • Independent thinker, with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Proven experience designing, building, and managing successful training programs from start to finish.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience working with application security training programs.
  • Experience in instructional design and delivery using multiple delivery methods (classroom, virtual classroom, eLearning, videos, micro-learning).
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories.
  • Experience of data processing and visualization tools, notably Tableau.
