Join us at JP Morgan SE, located in the heart of Berlin. In this exciting chapter of continued growth and expansion, we're looking for a passionate Tax Operations Associate to join our Commercial and Investment Bank (CIB) organization who can help us build and execute tax operations activities for the Chase Digital Bank in Germany.

As the Tax Operations Manager - Associate, you will work closely with Chase Banking Operations to execute tax-related obligations and create a best in class customer experience. You will work closely with Banking Operations to execute tax-related obligations and create a best in class customer experience. This role entails supporting the onboarding of a new product, which will require the creation of operating flows, procedures, controls, and technology user guides. You will also build relationships with colleagues in Banking Operations and other Corporate Functions to establish and refine 'client journeys'.

Job responsibilities

  • Onboard a new product, which will require creation of operating flows, procedures, controls and technology user guides
  • Build relationships with colleagues in Banking Operations and other Corporate Functions to establish and refine 'client journeys'
  • Operate daily controls and tasks to ensure regulatory tax obligations and client service level standards are met

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum two years tax operations experience
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English languages
  • Risk and control mindset
  • Data-centric with an analytical approach
  • Highly organised with the ability to thrive in a fast-pace environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • BA/BS degree in Accounting or Masters degree in Accounting/Taxation
  • Project management skills, including the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
