Senior Vice President EMEA Manager FICC Markets Ops Transformation

Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering solutions that make a lasting impact across the business.
As a Senior VP EMEA Manager FICC Markets Ops Transformation in Transformation team, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver projects that align with key priorities and define clear outcomes. You'll coordinate closely with technology partners and work extensively with teams across the Business, Middle/Back Office, Legal & Compliance, Audit, Regulatory Reporting, and Controls. This role offers the chance to work independently within a cross-location team, providing broad exposure and opportunities to creatively solve complex problems that matter to the organization.
Job responsibilities
- Lead effective data driven storytelling to articulate the problem statement, challenges and proposed solutions, including building a storytelling culture
- Articulate solutions vs current state for digitization, automation and reducing manual touchpoints
- Champion diversity and inclusion to create a working environment which promotes our people to thrive and excel
- Develop effective and diverse teams across our global footprint including coaching and mentoring of our people
- Implement a successful people and engagement strategy to help attract, develop, retain and recognize a diverse and talented workforce
- Combine specialist expertise in project management and change skills to lead Transformation across the global lines of business
- Partner closely with Technology teams to drive resolution
- Collaborate with Business & Operations stakeholders to manage the information flow and delivery of key project milestones
- Lead working group meetings, setting agendas, preparing meeting materials, documenting minutes, tracking issues, and ensuring clear ownership of action items
- Communicate regular written and verbal updates to stakeholders. Implement and maintain project trackers and weekly scorecards
- Manage risk effectively and escalate appropriately
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proven leadership of project managers in the financial industry with project management experience in utilizing recognized project methodology frameworks, including OKR framework
- Experience building strong relationships within a short time period, and leveraging relationships to lead and influence direction across multiple stakeholder groups
- Demonstrable track record in leading multiple complex and challenging pieces of work to firm deadlines.
- Ability to successfully lead under pressure across regions, time-zones, businesses, and functions with demonstrably strong communication, negotiation, influencing and relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including attention to detail and the ability to succinctly communicate complex issues to audiences at all levels with appropriate presentation materials.
- Ability to pivot leadership to quickly adapt to evolving internal/external factors that can influence project outcomes.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Confident to challenge business and technology requirements and solutions respectively
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Prior Investment Banking experience, preferably in a Middle Office / Projects role with derivative and fixed income products
