Senior Product Associate - Payments & Global Banking Setup & Maintenance

As a Senior Product Associate in the Payments & Global Banking Setup & Maintenance team, you play a crucial role in innovating new product offerings and supporting the end-to-end product life cycle. You act as a key contributor, leveraging user research and customer feedback to develop products that provide customer value. With your experience in UI/UX, you ensure that the user interface is intuitive and enhances the overall user experience. Utilizing your understanding of product development, you assist in the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. You will contribute to the authoritative source for product data including general product definition data, regional availability information, eligibility and suitability rules, and configurable attributes required to implement Payments products. You will partner closely across Client Onboarding & Servicing, Operations, Technology, business transformation leadership, product owners, and technology to identify inefficiencies in our product ecosystem, design product solutions necessary to integrate systems, and deliver next-gen technology for provisioning B2B financial products.
Job responsibilities:
- Work closely with client service and implementations colleagues and key stakeholders to understand needs and pain points as well as trends in the competitive marketplace
- Develop user journeys and other artifacts that help communicate, and rally support for, intuitive user experience that best meets the needs of the platforms' users
- Collaborate closely with the product and technology teams building the core components that enable critical underlying functionality of the portal (e.g., product initiation, document exchange, payment status transparency)
- Develop subject matter expertise related to core applications in order to facilitate identifying challenges/risks and proposing solutions
- Create user stories, define acceptance criteria and other artifacts that help communicate, and rally support for, new features/functionality that are most impactful for clients
- Identify critical dependencies, and other issues and present recommendations for resolution
- Maintain ongoing proactive partnership with technology team members to ensure business demands are understood and delivered in an agile manner within agreed upon timeframes
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies primarily responsible for requirements development, story refinement, documentation, kljhgtrfvb release and sprint planning.
- Understand and drive the roadmap to support the achievement of the program's overarching goals, in a manner consistent with our guiding principles
- Ensure user and business feedback is incorporated so that deliverables meet business needs
- Document release features/changes and present the information to users.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proven self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environments
- Creative problem solver with a track record of developing innovative, differentiated solutions
- Rigorous, logical thinker able to identify and articulate rationale, assumptions, and risks
- Excellent relationship-building skills; able to establish trust and credibility across business lines and functions
- Strong time-management and organizational skills with objective prioritization abilities
- Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication skills; adept at bridging technical and non-technical audiences
- Passionate about delivering excellent client experiences; UI/UX/design experience is a significant plus
- Demonstrated success delivering results in complex environments
- Solid understanding of lean/agile product development lifecycle and knowledge of treasury services, payments, corporate/commercial banking, and client service/implementation platforms is a significant plus
