As a Global Custody Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and enhancing our custody product offering, with a focus on asset pricing, billing, and market expansion in LATAM. Based in New York, you will lead initiatives that support regulatory reporting, client billing, and strategic responses to market and geopolitical changes. Your work will directly impact our business, operating model, and client experience.
Job responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to improve asset pricing and billing capabilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze revenue impact and develop actionable plans.
- Develop and implement strategies to address asset pricing issues, reviewing operating models and enhancing necessary controls.
- Resolve revenue leakage opportunities related to billing or asset pricing.
- Utilize data analytics tools to review securities, including private assets pricing, and identify opportunities for platform enhancements.
- Collaborate with Billing teams and partners to drive efficiencies and automate processes.
- Support the delivery of Global Custody Product's network strategic priorities, including implementing the network provider strategy in LATAM and assisting in sub custodian legal negotiations.
- Assess the priority and impact of market-driven changes in the LATAM region and drive market expansion by evaluating new market feasibility.
- Engage with market developments and the regulatory landscape through participation in industry forums.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with a strong academic record.
- Knowledge of the custody business, operating model, and systems.
- Strong focus on business outcomes and ability to influence teams to deliver results.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to decipher and present information.
- Experience with MS Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver concise, clear messages.
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a global team.
- Experience in driving automation and process efficiencies.
- Familiarity with LATAM markets and regulatory environments.
