Join our Regulatory Operations team as a Quant Analytics Associate I and help shape the future of business intelligence and automation.
As a Quant Analytics Associate within Regulatory Operations, you will be responsible for providing business intelligence through data analysis and optimizing processes through automation. You will develop a deep understanding of operation process within the Regulatory Operations pillar and collaborate with subject matter experts and manager to deliver impactful automation solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Interact with stakeholders to understand business needs and work closely with them and help uncover opportunities for data analysis and automation.
- Partner with subject matter experts and management to deliver automation solutions from idea conception through implementation.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis focused on uncovering new business intelligence for our stakeholders that will optimize their day to day operations.
- Develop and lead simplification project to improve efficiency and productivity of business user through automation and self-service
- Provide exploratory questions, insights and analysis to identify potential improvement opportunities
- Have strong exposure and understanding in LLM, ML, AWS, Snowflake and API integration.
- Use data to tell compelling stories that will resonate with stakeholders and help them to understand where opportunities exist.
- Collaborate with team members and foster a strong team atmosphere.
- Explore better tools to perform your job and strengthen your skills.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- 2+ years of experience with Alteryx, Tableau, SAS, SQL/PLSQL, SharePoint, Python, Snowflake and be familiar with AI/ML concepts
- Demonstrated experience conducting data analysis with the ability to tell compelling stories and using data.
- Demonstrated ability to objectively analyze issues and form decisions
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and effectively communicate to all levels of management
- Possess analytical thinking with excellent data analysis
- Have an acute attention to detail
- Operate in a self-directed manner with strong desire to deliver superior results with urgency.
This role is not remote or hybrid; 5 days a week on office. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
