We are seeking a proactive and responsible Product Manager - Vice President with a strong technical background in product and project management. The candidate will oversee cash management products such as Pix (Pay In and Pay Out), Traditional Cash, and Tax, ensuring they align with market demands and regulatory standards
Job Responsibilities:
- Define and articulate the product vision and strategy, with a focus on transactional products.
- Actively gather and prioritize customer requirements and market needs.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company objectives and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and features.
- Engage with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide product decisions.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and data analytics.
- Ensure products comply with regulatory standards.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of Proven experience as a Product Manager, particularly with transactional products (cash management).
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a client-facing role.
