The Affluent Events Team supports the execution of Chase Private Client, JPM Private Client and JPM Financial Center events including managing all the Sports & Entertainment tickets.
As a Marketing Strategy Senior Associate within the Affluent Events Team, you will interact with three lines of business in planning and executing Experiential, Virtual, and Sports & Entertainment events for the Affluent markets. You will support the execution and running of JPMorgan Financial Center client events, overseeing perfectly run client experiences that enhance and contribute to investment opportunities for the business relationship manager and firm.
Job responsibilities:
- Interact with the all lines of business to learn and understand their market needs to create upscale JPM FC Pre and Post Grand Opening client experiences.
- Arrange weekly meetings with teams to develop events.
- Manage budgets, present Business Cases for approval, process invoices for all events.
- Create invitations and receive approvals through Compliance and Legal vehicles.
- Research and order branded giveaways for each event.
- Handle all registration of attendees before and after the event using registration tools - zKipster or whatever JPMC registration system being used. Register and confirm invitees, meeting location and room set-ups prior events. Work with the development of new RSVP system for events
- Travel a day in advance of all events, be onsite at all events from very beginning to end of event - interact with employees and clients.
- Ship all materials before and after events.
- Keep detailed calendar of all events, able to run reports and submit numbers easily and professionally
- Compile post-event analysis of all attendees - type of clients, ROI, new clients, etc.
- Manage all the Sports & Entertainment tickets for Affluent Events including Chase Private Client Chase Wealth Management, JPM Private Client & JPM Financial Centers. Work closely with the markets on ticket distribution and work directly with the Central Ticket Office using global ticket system Concierge Live.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 5+ years in hospitality or events field
- Attention to detail, organized, ability to travel 60%-80% of the time.
- Proficient on Excel with expertise in Pivot Tables, Word, PowerPoint - able to create detailed presentations, zKipster.
- Able to multi-task with Excel, PowerPoint, Word
