As a Senior Marketing Delivery Associate on the Marketing Execution team, you'll leverage advanced analytics and coding skills to design, build, and manage targeted audiences for high-impact, omni-channel campaigns. You'll collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to extract and transform data, optimize audience targeting, and automate campaign workflows using tools like SQL, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and customer data platforms. In this fast-paced role, you'll ensure data integrity, streamline processes, and uphold compliance standards while driving innovative marketing strategies that boost customer engagement and brand loyalty. Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all audience segments.
  • Design, build, and manage targeted audience lists for marketing campaigns using advanced segmentation techniques; collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to define audience criteria and deliver actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful campaign execution, encompassing audience segmentation, testing, validation, and troubleshooting analysis; engage directly with product partners and marketing teams to ensure campaign objectives are met.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline audience management processes; document best practices and contribute to the development of internal tools and resources.
  • Ensure all audience management activities comply with data privacy regulations and internal policies.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in SQL coding and database management.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and customer data platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to develop comprehensive technical/functional documentation and establish best practices and user guides.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience working in an Agile environment and with Agile project methodologies.
  • Experience with audience segmentation and marketing automation.
  • Prior experience in financial services or a highly regulated industry.
