As head of proposition at J.P. Morgan Personal Investing you will help us evolve and sustainably drive growth in the UK market. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the strategy for our overall investment proposition in the UK market. You'll collaborate with commercial, financial and product teams to turn customer insights, market analysis and robust commercial decision making into a differentiated proposition that delights customers, meets regulatory standards and exceeds business targets.

Job Summary:
As Head of Proposition in J.P. Morgan Personal Investing, you will lead the evolution and execution of our UK investment strategy. You will collaborate with commercial, financial, and product teams to transform customer insights and market analysis into a differentiated proposition. Your work will ensure our offerings delight customers, meet regulatory standards, and exceed business goals. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centricity within our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Shape and deliver a compelling UK investments proposition that drives acquisition, engagement, profitability, and exceptional customer outcomes
- Collaborate with product owners to define, prioritize, and own the end-to-end customer proposition in the UK market
- Manage and evolve Customer Outcome Indicators and risk metrics to identify emerging issues and mitigate potential harms
- Partner with commercial and marketing teams to define and own customer value management, including product adoption and incentive strategies
- Demonstrate strong understanding of P&L drivers across product domains and drive prioritization of initiatives to achieve business objectives
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights analysis to inform a dynamic multi-year proposition roadmap
- Cascade market-specific requirements, competitor, and customer insights between product domains
- Use data-driven insights to enhance features, messaging, and channel strategies for improved customer acquisition and engagement
- Identify opportunities and threats from regulatory changes, shaping policy perspectives and responses
- Build strong cross-functional alignment with internal stakeholders and work closely with risk and compliance partners
- Provide strategic, risk, and financial updates to senior and board-level audiences
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in investment proposition development or related financial services roles
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of P&L drivers
- Ability to translate customer insights and market analysis into actionable strategies
- Proven collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of UK regulatory environment for investment products
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making
