Job Description

Bring your expertise to JPMorgan Chase. As part of Risk Management and Compliance, you are at the center of keeping JPMorgan Chase strong and resilient. • Manage the end-to-end TPI pre-clearance workflow and inventory; track timely reviews, dispositions, and SLA adherence across stakeholders.
  • Partner with technology teams to maintain and improve TPI workflow tools; drive enhancements to third party risk controls and automation.
  • Develop and maintain TPI risk metrics and scorecards to assess control effectiveness; produce periodic reporting for senior management.
  • Coordinate and execute periodic monitoring and testing of TPI processes, including due diligence refresh cycles, adverse media reviews, and control performance assessments.
  • Support the anti-corruption violation framework for TPI matters, including intake, triage, documentation, escalation, remediation tracking, and lessons learned.
  • Draft and deliver anti-corruption training and awareness materials tailored to TPI risks and audience needs.
  • Participate in regulatory change management and cross-functional working groups impacting TPI controls and processes.
  • Partner with risk partner groups (e.g., Third Party Oversight, Sourcing, Legal, Compliance), and business stakeholders to ensure consistent global execution of TPI controls.
  • Prepare and present concise, persuasive materials to senior management, including status updates, key issues, and risk insights.
