As a Product Solutions - Data and AI - Associate in the Chief Data and Analytics Office Product and Platform Client Engagement Team, you will guide internal clients in leveraging the Fusion Platform's capabilities to achieve their data and analytics goals. You will build expertise in Data and AI domains, create high-quality documentation and training materials, and support the implementation of integrated solutions. You'll collaborate across product, engineering, and architecture teams, helping clients maximize the value of their data. Your work will contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support internal clients in using the Fusion Platform by providing expertise and guidance on product capabilities
  • Engage with clients to understand requirements and implement integrated data and AI solutions
  • Represent CDAO Product Roadmaps, articulating benefits and offering guidance on available options
  • Develop AI/ML experiments, applications, tutorials, and reference implementations for internal clients
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to influence product development and strategy
  • Balance multiple tasks, client engagements, and ongoing learning to stay current with industry trends
  • Manage office hours to educate, demo, and collect feedback from internal clients
  • Coordinate across Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to implement integrated solutions
  • Create and maintain user documentation and training materials
  • Guide clients in leveraging tools and capabilities to enable data and analytics outcomes
  • Synthesize complex information clearly and precisely

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Understanding of statistical models such as regression, tree-based methods, and artificial neural networks
  • Programming skills in at least one language for data analysis (e.g., Python, R, Scala)
  • Experience applying data science or quantitative modeling to real-world financial use cases
  • Knowledge of open-source data analysis tools and machine learning libraries
  • Ability to create technical documentation and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Passion and motivation for continuous learning
  • Comfort with ambiguity and context switching
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and synthesize complex information
  • Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Hands-on experience or solid understanding of LLMs, their capabilities, and limitations
  • Experience fine-tuning LLMs for specific tasks and applications
  • Familiarity with GenAI chatbots, summarization services, and GenAI business applications
  • Knowledge of agentic architectures, orchestration patterns, and evaluation approaches
  • Understanding of agentic systems for automating complex tasks and decision-making
  • Knowledge of cloud data science and machine learning services
  • Experience with tools for large-scale and distributed data analysis (e.g., Spark)
