Asset Management - ETF Online Operation - Analyst

岗位职责

1 线上运营（内容运营）

• 围绕ETF持营开展营销工作，结合市场行情、行业政策、产品特点以及合作渠道的要求，制作各类持营材料
• 优化营销素材的线上传播路径，提升传播量和覆盖渠道，提高转化效率
• 配合渠道完成ETF直播等工作；负责支持ETF专区建设、线上运营活动等

2 线上运营（KOL/KOC投放）

• 负责公司在主要券商及同花顺、雪球、支付宝等重点线上三方平的ETF营销运营工作，协助打造矩阵化的券商线上业务体系
• 熟悉基金行业ETF生态，具备基金投顾主理人的合作经验，能协助拓展和维护重点主理人的资源关系和渗透率
• 能结合投顾主理人的需求，指定和执行ETF产品的运营策略，策略并落地线上线下营销活动，提升与主理人合作的深度和客户影响力

任职资格

• 本科及以上学历，具备基金从业资格
• 1-3年基金/证券/互联网营销策划、线上营销经验，熟悉基金行业线上营销工作及渠道传播规律
• 有一定自媒体运营经验，具备优秀的内容创意和制作能力；熟悉各类互联网传播渠道的运营规则
• 熟练掌握ETF产品知识，能快速挖掘产品亮点，形成持营材料
• 逻辑清晰、口齿伶俐，沟通及团队协作能力强
