Education/Training/Experience:

• Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) minimum educational requirement
• No previous moulding experience required (full training will be provided)
• Interest in manufacturing, engineering, or technical operations
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Good attention to detail and quality awareness
• Willingness to learn new skills and processes
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills
• Flexible and reliable approach to work
• Good mechanical and process aptitude.
• High level of safe working practices and awareness.

Responsibilities of Position:

• Operate Injection Moulding Machines (IMM) in accordance with standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Support tool setting and tool change activities under supervision until trained
• Perform daily machine checks, start‑up checks, and routine inspections
• Carry out cleaning and housekeeping of machines, tools, and work areas to required standards
• Monitor machine performance and product quality, escalating issues as required
• Assist Toolroom and Engineering teams during trials, maintenance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Accurately complete production, quality, and downtime documentation
• Comply with all health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements
• Participate in training, teamwork, and continuous improvement activities
