Job Description
Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost effective manner. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. May be client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and Outsourcing functions. May include company-wide, web-enabled solutions.

Data Governance Engineer
1. Familiar with data standards, metadata, data quality, and other fields of management methodology. Have 3 - 5 years of data governance experience. Familiar with common data technology, tools, and solutions, such as databases, big data, MDM, metadata management, data integration, and data analysis.
2. Solid experience implementing and maintaining enterprise data catalog and data linkages in an organization's IT and business assets.
3. Participated in the construction of an enterprise-level data governance platform. Familiar with the functional framework of the data governance platform.
4. Serve as a liaison between departments and technology to ensure that data-related business requirements and measures are clearly defined, communicated, and well understood and considered as part of operational prioritization and planning.
5. Collaborative team player orientation towards work relationships, good at communication, and strong cultural awareness. Effectiveness in building trust, respect, and cooperation among teams.
6. Able to read and write English documents and emails proficiently and use English for basic communication.
7. Have relevant working experience in manufacturing industry.
