Job Description

  • Use qualitative and quantitative market research methods and direct customer interviews and observations to develop insights that inform the product roadmap. Develop the business justification for new products and features by working with customers and company stakeholders.  Develop business analyses, including competitive assessments, to facilitate sound data-driven decision making.
  • Create and own one or more product profiles, including development of key financial modeling, forecasting, and market impact analysis.  Develop the business justification for new products and features by working with customers and company stakeholders
  • Lead new product commercialization through cooperative work with regional marketing, field sales and cross-functional teams and maintain a front-line presence for the customer experience, assisting sales with critical troubleshooting and raising trending product performance issues
  • Collaborate with Clinical, Hospital, and Product portfolio teams to ensure coherent and integrated visions and marketing strategies and tactics for market.
  • Collaborate with Corporate, Regional, and Market partners to build localized product launch strategies and plans for the Digital Product Portfolio.
  • Ensure consistent planning process with authentic product positioning, value messaging, and local commercial execution. Conduct post-launch analysis with Market teams to track execution effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to achieve goals.
  • Identify, establish, and promote best practices to improve sales and marketing competencies for the Digital Product Portfolio.
  • Collect feedback from tradeshows, market research, customer interviews, focus groups, and KOL case observations related to the Digital Product Portfolio. Generate regionally specific insights for existing (post-market) and upcoming (pre-market) Digital products in the pipeline.
  • Develop in-Market business justification for the launch of new Digital products.
  • Develop productive relationships with KOLs and leverage them locally and internationally to showcase our Digital Product Portfolio.

  • Bachelor’s degree required. 
  • Minimum 5 years in medical devices product marketing or a similar commercial role
  • Highly accomplished professional with proven successes. Seen as making significant contributions to the overall company vision and strategy.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with proven ability to manage indirectly across multiple disciplines to ensure product success and ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. This includes the ability to lead in bridging communication between engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customers.
  • Humble nature, willingness to work under pressure, and ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner.  Gets the job done and constantly learning.
  • Presentation skills to internal & external audiences including leaders at the VP level.  Strong Powerpoint and MS Office product suite or equivalent modality skillset. Moderate experience or knowledge with Mural, Tableau, and Agile
  • Self-directed with awareness to proactively develop professional skills, seek advice when needed
  • Quantitative mindset, proven ability to investigate open-ended problems and work cross-functionally to implement initiatives
  • Consistently communicates effectively across varying organizational levels. Effectively takes the lead in communicating with and influencing stakeholders. Proven ability to effectively position and message products or services internally and externally.
