Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Chief Legal Officer and the Vice President of Communications, Benefits & ESG. This position requires a high degree of integrity, good judgment, discretion, and the ability to communicate and partner cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Responsibilities

  • Executive Support:
  • Manage complex and dynamic calendars, scheduling, and coordination of meetings, travel and events.
  • Prioritize and triage incoming requests, correspondence, and information.
  • Draft, edit, and prepare presentations, communications, and other materials.
  • Ensure executives are prepared for meetings, including agenda developed, pre-read distribution, and follow-up tracking.
  • Operational Support:
  • Support CLO's and VP's department operations by assisting with budgeting, vendor management, and technology tools, as needed..
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and communications between internal and external teams.
  • Maintain confidential files, records and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strategic Partnership:
  • Anticipate needs of supported executives and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Serve as a liaison with other executives (and support staff), employees, board members and external partners.
  • Provide administrative support for governance activities
  • Assist in driving special projects and departmental initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Required:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, preferably in Legal, Compliance or Corporate Affairs; or as a Legal Assistant to a partner-level attorney.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and integrity handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Preferred:
  • Experience supporting a Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, or other senior legal executive
  • Familiarity with legal department operations and corporate governance processes
  • Experience with a document management system (iManage)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Must be local to Atlanta, GA and will work 5 days per week in office.
