Technology Project Manager

Infosys is seeking a Technology Project Manager with experience in Java and Oracle.
The primary responsibility of this position is to collaborate with key stakeholders and oversee the team's daily deliverables, assisting in the resolution of technical issues and development activities. The selected candidate will work closely with the business and Product Owner to prioritize the roadmap and enhance agility. The role involves promoting Agile values and principles within the team, actively engaging in technical discussions to identify gaps and ensure timely delivery. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for preparing status reports and providing weekly updates to stakeholders.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Addison TX or Charlotte NC or Pennington NJ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience
• PMP or equivalent certification
• Experience in Agile methodologies and Project Management.

• At least 10 years of experience in Information Technology Space.
• At least 7 years of experience in Java, Spring boot.
• Experience in Oracle PL/SQL.

• Experience working in Agile environment.
• Experience in Banking domain.

• Ability to work in a hybrid model where some teams are in waterfall and some in agile.
