Your Key Responsibilities
- Advocate client and provide thought leaderships in data analytics and data engineering
- Understand the requirements both functional and non-functional to define the holistic data management system architecture
- Demonstrate compelling business values to the client with the data architecture/solution aligning to the business scenarios
- Collaborate with the internal stakeholders and outline data management standards, guidelines, governing principles, and policies aligning to the client requirements
- Identify use cases, document process flows, data flows, outline data management approach and define data models
- Specify data compliance, regulations and access methods aligning to the requirements
- Data reference architecture and framework creation
- Pre-sales activities, proposal creation, solution design and project delivery

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 15 of experience in Information Technology
- A bilingual resource
- Japan citizens and those authorized to work in Japan are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time
- At least 10 years of experience in Data analytics architecture and solutioning
- At least 10 years of experience in Data analytics architecture, Advanced analytics, Data engineering and Data governance areas
- Ability to manage large data analytics programs, data design solution and delivery
- Experience in tools like Microsoft Fabric, Informatica, Collibra, Talend etc.
- Experience in hyper scalers like AWS. Azure or GCP
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in leading teams and managing client expectations
- Experience in software development life cycle. Agile methodology preferred
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
